With the attention of the world turned to the decisions being made during the COP 26 UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, it’s only natural for some of the world’s largest polluters to try and capitalize on the hype surrounding environmentally friendly plans for the future. And Boeing is no exception, as it will bring to the 2021 Dubai Airshow next week the best technology it has when it comes to making flight more fuel-efficient.
Back in March, Boeing’s Australia division announced the completion of the first flight test for the Loyal Wingman drone, also known as the Boeing Airpower Teaming System, or BATS. The defense contractor is of course very serious about this machine, and now has two examples of it flying.

Boeing will showcase its market-leading portfolio of commercial, defence and services products at the 2021 Dubai Airshow this month, including the international debut of its newest fuel-efficient widebody jet, the 777X.
