His budget includes 21 billion in reserves for any economic downturn and a 5. 6 billion surplus. The budget calls for 750 million of the surplus to be directed toward organized organizations that help homeless. Leslie brinkley sat down with the governor to ask him about affordability and the homelessness, both important topics for bay area residents. Certainly.
