据新华社7月6日消息，中国银行研究院日前发布的报告预计，2021年二、三季度商业银行净利润增速将维持在3%左右。报告指出，2021年上半年中国银行业盈利改善迹象明显，资产质量稳定。随着经济稳步复苏，预计三季度银行业经营将呈现4个特点，即规模较快增长，盈利向好态势明显，资产质量总体保持稳定，风险抵补能力较强。
中国银保监会此前公布的数据显示，2021年第一季度，商业银行累计实现净利润6143亿元，同比上升2.4%。
报告指出，受国家政策和监管的引导，银行信贷资源将进一步向科技创新、绿色转型、中小微企业、乡村振兴等领域倾斜，预计其业务规模仍将在三季度保持较高增速。
资产质量方面，报告认为，二季度以来银行客户的还款意愿和能力提升，商业银行除贷款核销外，还通过多种方式加大不良资产处置力度。预计三季度�
