We are excited to announce that as well as untangling spectrum policy for us, Miguel will also be bravely stepping into the position of Editor in Chief for CTN. Your poor current EIC, having spent too much time in the bright glare of online content editing, will now quietly retire to the IEEE luxury retirement home for old editors (we know you always suspected this is how we spent your membership dollars).
