IRS bringing deceased Indiana man back to life, other dead taxpayers still waiting their turn

INDIANAPOLIS An Indiana man declared dead by the IRS says he will soon be coming back to life.
“I got a call from an IRS liaison who told me she could take care of it, and things should be fixed by May 10,” said Bobby Musgrove. “I think you put a lot of pressure on them.”
