Clague also served 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to failure to report an accident. He was driving a cyride bus that struck emmalee jacobs in the morning of december 14th last year. She later died from her injuries. Jacobs was 18 and from urbana. Ames says cyride drivers are city employees.
