there are serious fears that russia is on the verge of invade ukraine again. vladimir zelensky claims ukrainian intelligence has obtained audio recordings of the plotters trying to rope ukraine s richest businessman into the plan. russia s denied any involvement, but this latest development comes as tensions are boiling in the region. the u.s., nato and ukrainian officials are warning about an unusual buildup of russian troops near ukraine. the head of ukraine s defense intelligence agency told military times that, quote, russia has more than 92,000 troops masked around ukraine s border and was preparing for an attack. in response to this potential threat, zelensky said, quote, we are in full control of our borders and are fully prepared for any escalation. the white house says all options remain on the table. joining me now is bobby gosch is
plan in place. i think the economy would take a bit of a hit in part because of the expectation that it will happen. a little bit of an expectations, management situation. bobby, we always talk about how congress cannot get anything done, but they did something yesterday. something pretty big. the senate passed a $250 billion bill to try to keep the u.s. competitive with china, how big of a deal is that? it s a big deal and it s only a start. there s a great deal else that needs to happen and american companies are competitive with china and the american economy as a whole and parts of it are compositetive, part of it and it shows that the united states is serious and i think those in beijing will pay serious attention to it. during the trump era, was there assemblancy of a lot of talk and not much in terms of delivery.
