It s been made clear by the government that pubs and restaurants will not be part of any easing of restrictions announced on April 5th.
However there have been no clear guidelines as to when businesses in hospitality will be allowed reopen other than a vague suggestion that staycations will be possible this summer.
Robert Byrnes of Bobby Byrnes pub in Limerick city says publicans are not being unreasonable by asking for more information which will enable them to plan.
