Published April 06. 2021 4:27PM  Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred did right in relocating this season s All-Star Game from Atlanta in protest of Georgia s new, Trump-inspired, racist, restrictive voting law. A law which, among other things, makes it illegal for a neighbor or volunteer to offer a citizen, especially an elderly citizen, of any race, waiting in a long, sun-baked voting line a mere bottle of water! Baseball, as with other sports and corporations that do business in Georgia, shares a responsibility to speak out and defend against any entity, political and otherwise, denying constitutionally guaranteed, unencumbered voting rights. Good for Baseball. Shame, shame on Georgia.
