A small downtown Hartford retail property near Dunkin’ Donuts Park and the North Crossing apartments development has been listed for sale.
The asking price for the 15,660-square-foot retail property at 990 Main St., is $1.15 million, according to marketing materials from Colliers International, which is the listing broker.
A Manchester auto dealer property that was formerly home to Lynch Buick Pontiac has sold for $1 million.
The property at 512 W Center St. includes a 23,970-square-foot building and about 500 parking spaces, records show. It sold in December to US ACQUISITION LLC, which is controlled by James Faris and Venetta Hazel of South Windsor.
The buyer plans to use the property, built in 1972, for a used car lot, according to a source familiar with the deal.
The seller was HOFF MANCHESTER PROPERTIES LLC, which is controlled by Phyllis W. Hoffman, state records show.
Bob Pagani, from Colliers International in Hartford, brokered the deal, according to CoStar.
