Our First Coastal storm of the season and it will continue to move toward the north northeast with very gusty winds and heavy rain. Now, we are talking about changing conditions over the next 24 hours. The morning commute will be the full impact of this storm where it maxes out in intensity between 5 00 a. M. A coastal storm spreading through south jersey and delaware. Some of the heaviest rain off the coast of maryland moving towards the northnor west and all of it will be spreading into the region during the Early Morning hours. The heaviest rain will be in time for the morning commute so terrible timing as far as commuting and driving are concerned
