Witnesses claim the driver of that car, you see that car there, was shot by someone in another car that car crashed into the barrier, the chp says they are investigating if the driver was rushed to a hospital. No word on their condition. The onramp remains closed. The freeway is still open. So thats the good news. 80 is still open going through berkeley. But there was a freeway shooting on that onramp.
