Removing certain visible tattoos can signify a new chapter in someone’s life. The Ventura County Board of Supervisors inked a deal this month to offer tattoo removal services in Simi Valley. By a unanimous vote Dec. 6, the board approved an agreement that will bring the county program to the Free Clinic of Simi Valley.
