. this is kpix 5 news. a truck crashes into a bay area house and then the driver takes off. good evening, i m elizabeth cook. and i m ken ba sshgteda. there is a giant hole in the side of a home in san francisco s outer mission and that s where kpix 5 s joe vasquez is tonight. joe. i talked to some witness that tell me it started here on florn teen, a pickup truck silver in color crashed into a car then tried to make this very sharp curve then was weaving out of control. that s when it smashed right into the bottom floor of this home. then witness tell me the pickup truck quickly backed out, his front end so damage the headlights fell off. the pickup then reyesed away from the scene. some of the neighbors got the license plate. police put out an all-points bulletin. they found that pickup in daly city. nobody was inside. earlier tonight we tried to talk to the folks who live here. we spoke through the hole, and they told me nobody was hurt and police are just askin
