Annual campaign provides food for 800 households

Annual campaign provides food for 800 households 12/20/20 10:46 PM The exchange was quick a knock on the door, a distanced greeting, and dropping off a basket filled with ham, bread, cheese, milk, potatoes and other items left on the porch. Members of the Johnson County Young Farmers worked throughout the Countryview Estates neighborhood in Franklin delivering Good Cheer Fund baskets, leaving behind enough food for families in need to eat for days over the holidays. For the Young Farmers, and the army of other volunteers who spread Good Cheer baskets throughout Johnson County on Saturday, the opportunity to do something positive for others around the holiday is a special tradition.
