about it. and the union offered me to write a grievance and to negotiate with bob devine to pay me off so that i would be quiet about the situation and not be known about the sexual harassment. the union did this? the union that represented you as well? yes. that was their solution? one of the union rep s solutions. so then i just kept my mouth shout and kept dealing with the harassment and the abuse until eventually i had enough and i got ahold of the sexual harassment hotline, and then met with h.r. and got the problem solved. derricka, what about you? i dealt with several incidents within ford motor company. did you want me to touch on a specific one? which ones stand out to you
