September 11th is when the developer signs, to buy the property and they have not said a single word to any of the tenant as of the flower market and now, they are in negotiations to buy the other half of the flower market. If i might add, generally these projects are anywhere from 12 to 24 months, looking through just approval process as well. So,. Yeah, at least i have to go through the planning.
