After 10 30 this morning. Investigators say once the repo man started moving the van a woman got out of it and started an argument. Were told she threatened to call her boyfriend. Tow truck driver said you arent doing anything. Reporter that boyfriend did come to the scene. He also had a gun. Its sad that it happened. Reporter the police say the repo man was first pistol whipped by womans boyfriend so he turned to walk away. When he did he heard glass shattering behind him. Thats when the repo man pulled out his pistol and there was a gun fight. The womans boyfriend would be shot in the chest and arm and died at the hospital.
