Plans for fuel stations at two local Walmart stores are moving forward after the Yuma Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday unanimously approved conditional use permits allowing their construction.
Plans call for constructing a new 5,400-square-foot commercial building with five suites in the Alarcon Shopping Center, which is located at 3939 S. Avenue 3E, across from the main entrance
The Yuma Planning and Zoning Commission granted a conditional use permit for a drive-thru lane for a new restaurant at the corner of Pacific Avenue and 16th Street.
