Community Bank in Mankato surpassed their original goal of $13,500. Goal was reached means employees shaved heads.

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The Community Bank in Mankato had a goal of raising thirteen thousand five hundred dollars for United Way. They surpassed this goal and as promised two different members of the branch shaved their heads. The branch voted on who they would most like to see their head shaved and the winner was Bob Beadell, a commercial lender at the bank. He was joined by fellow branch member Mike Ogaard and Mike King who wore a wig for the day.

MANKATO â Community Bank has awarded Loyola Catholic School $100,000 â the largest donation from a community organization the school has yet received.
The funds will be used to support campus unification projects and as scholarship dollars for families.
âWe are all in for Loyola,â Bob Beadell, vice president of commercial lending at Community Bank, said in a press release from the school.
Community Bank Mankato and the Beadell family are longtime supporters of the school and its mission.
Three generations of Beadells have attended classes at Loyola, beginning with Carolyn Beadell in 1954. Bob Beadell is a 2007 alumnus. ; var element = document.getElementById( sub message );
