Covid cases on the rise in Ossipee

January 06, 2021OSSIPEE Covid-19 cases are on the rise in Ossipee. As of Monday, Dec. 28, the town was on record with 18 active cases and a cumulative number of 81 cases. Tuesday, Jan. 5, the number of active cases listed on WMUR s Covid-19 town by town list came to 13 with the total cumulative figure jumping up to 104.
On Jan. 4, the Town posted the closure of selectmen s offices until further notice. The posting is the latest in Covid-19 related notices, beginning with a post on Nov. 18 that read, Due to a spike in local COVID-19 cases, the Selectmen s Office, Bob Avery Gymnasium, and the Freight House Annex will be temporarily closed to the general public.
