AUSTINTOWN A company affiliated with Dinesol Plastics Inc. in Niles and a company connected to Boardman-based Butter Maid Bakery have bought warehouse space, presumably for expansion or storage, in the industrial Victoria Road area.
DPI Warehouse Inc, 195 Park Ave., Niles the same address for Dinesol has acquired a more than 41,000-square-foot building at 6750 Victoria Road East for $1.9 million, according to the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
The facility was built in 1984. The seller was Davis International Inc.
Dinesol was established in 1976 as a small plastic injection molding company in a 12,000-square-foot facility in West Farmington. It moved to Niles after it was acquired in 1989 by Steel City Corporation and built a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, according to its website. The company expanded the facility to 150,000 square feet in 1995.
