AFFINITY WATER ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS January 2021
Affinity Water Limited ( Affinity Water or the Company ) is pleased to announce that Ian Tyler has been appointed as independent non-executive director from 11 January 2021. Tony Cocker had notified the Board of his intention to retire and step down as Chair and non-executive director by the end of January 2021. Ian will join the Affinity Water Board on 11 January 2021 as Chair designate of Affinity Water Limited and will be appointed as Chair on 29 January 2021.
Ian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked across a number of different industry sectors. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1985, and over his career has gained considerable experience in building and transforming businesses in the UK and United States.
