HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. The Hillsborough County School Board was presented with a financial recovery plan Thursday, which staff members hope will stave off a state takeover of the district’s finances. There is nothing more important than the physical integrity of our district, said Board Chair Lynn Gray.
