Its still going to be somewhat disabled because its a change is going to require the president s signature. But we have these other two backstops and i think whatever congress may do if it can do anything effective, the Administration First needs to need its help and a sequence of state decisions or Court Decisions could be the ant seedent to that. Part of this is because the legislative process wasnt followed. This is the biggest change frankly in entitlements since the creation of medicare and social security. And yet the senate, worlds most deliberative body, they did have some votes on it in the finance committee, but they didnt have votes on it in the senate. If i may go back, i was once part of the private sector, and as a ceo, there was a thought to the risk of business, and depending on what industry you are in or what business you are running, you think about cyber, and what you have done to safeguard your network. Making sure that you have safeguarded that network is top of a ceos list. You are constantly looking at your risks and what you can do to protect your network, it is a top priority for any ceo in this environment. The president has lead this effort, we have a single point of contact in dhs now, which did not exist before, and working very carefully with the private sector on Nuclear Power plants and at the same time increasing information sharing between the federal government and the private sector.
