In dane county court. Cbs 58s Kristen Barbaresi is there this afternoon. Attorneys for jill stein did or did not yet file that suit requesting hand count meanwhile this morning the Election Commission outlined the very tight timeline to count all the ballots again. Earlier today all 72 county clerks submitted cost estimates and by the end of the day tomorrow steins Campaign Must cut the check for the full amount. Then on wednesday clerks will be thursday the ballot counting begins and every county must finish by 8pm on december 12 and then on the 13th the final recount will be submitted. Its going to require ballot counters to work nights and weekends to get it done. The Walworth County clerk already putting out a call for volunteers today to help. As for the issue of a hand count the Commission Says state law dictates the process. It is up to each county hand or by voting equipment under state law. The only way around that is if the candidate seeks a court order to do the hand count.
