It was a packed house inside the Chesapeake School Board meeting Monday night as parents sounded off about after-school clubs, including the After School Satan Club.
The policy would continue to allow external groups to use the school division’s buildings, for a fee, and between the hours of 6 and 10 p.m. on weekdays.
