East Bluff community leaders say recent gun violence needs to end

PEORIA (HOI) Three shootings in three days, six people hurt, three of them under the age of 18. The East Bluff community said its had enough and community leaders are ready for a change. There s nothing for our kids to do but kill one another, said Board President of the East Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services, Lueshand Nunn.
Nunn said the neighborhood s weekly meeting in the East Bluff began to bring the community together for one cause, change the neighborhood.
Wednesday evening was an important one after Tuesday night s East Bluff shooting, two blocks away.
