After months of battling over payment levels to CHI Memorial hospital for thousands of Chattanoogans insured under some of the most popular insurance plans, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee announced Friday it has reached at least a partial agreement to include Memorial and its physicians in some of its major insurance plans.
