Newcomer Memore (pronounced “memory”) just launched whole food supplements aimed to support cognitive performance.
Each Memore pouch contains 30 servings of nutrients derived from 11 whole foods and three plant-based protein sources. Available in three varieties, Blueberry Lemon, Blackberry Ginger and Base (flavorless), Memore provides omega-3s, antioxidants, a full serving of leafy greens, protein and fiber. Memore powders can be added to water or a beverage, and blended into a smoothie.

Veteran Birmingham chef Beverly Russell is set to open a new restaurant this month.
The proprietor of Olivia’s Transit Café, the homestyle café at Birmingham’s intermodal facility, will open The Six Sixteen Restaurant & Bar in downtown Birmingham at the historic Tutwiler Hotel.
The Six Sixteen, which opens on May 20, will mark a return to full service dining for the longtime chef and restaurant owner.
