THIS PLANT TREATS 3 AND A HALF MILLION GALLONS OF WASTEWATER AN HOUR AND NORMALLY THAT TREATED WATER IS SENT TO ANOTHER FA CILITY THAT WOULD THEN RELSEEA THE WATER INTO THE MISSOIUR RIVER BUT BECAUSE OF THEOW P OUTAGE, THAT UNTREATED WASTEWATER IS BEING DISCHARGED INTO THE BLUE RIVER.
