“Christmas in Toyland” is the theme of this year’s Johnson City Christmas Parade. The annual event, hosted by the Blue Plum Organization, will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 2.
The parade will follow its traditional route, which begins on the campus of East Tennessee State University. It will turn onto University Parkway and then onto West State of Franklin Road.
