FARMINGTON - The Farmington Select Board met on the evening of Tuesday, April 9. The three selectmen present Matthew Smith, Dennis O’Neil, and Chairman Joshua Bell voted to appoint new selectmen Richard Morton to the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments.
