View Comments ZANESVILLE - Zanesville City Council started the process of authorizing the city s Community Improvement Corporation to sell a number of parcels for economic development during Monday s council meeting. They include: A .72 acre property on Amazon Hill Road that has been held by the city since 1990. It is zoned industrial. A .15 acre lot at 1719 Penn St. has been held by the city since 1990. It is zoned industrial and is appraised at $5,900. A residential lot at 513 Schaum Ave. was purchased by the CIC in 2009. It is appraised at $2,400.  A 3.45 acre lot off Wayne Avenue, zoned agricultural and estate, is appraised at $12,000. The wooded lot is located on the south side of the intersection with Dillon Road.
