It’s after midnight, and there’s an AR-15 assault rifle in the backseat of Kadarius Toney’s two-door white Chevy sedan. Toney is scared. He believes a man nicknamed “Tay Bang” is coming for him and his friends after an altercation at a nightclub a couple months earlier. They scared the man off once with airsoft guns painted to look real. But what if that didn’t work the next time he showed up at their dorm?
