A Ligonier company has spent more than $3 million buying three commercial buildings in downtown Greensburg including the city’s historic train station, which last changed hands in 2016.
Chelsted Limited Family Partnership bought the train station on Ehalt Street from StoneKim Properties LLC for about $1.1 million, according to information filed with the Westmoreland County Recorder of Deeds.
The company also bought 101 N. Main St. from North Main Street Investors Inc. for about $925,000 and 101-103 E. Pittsburgh St. from California-based Blom & Byrne LLC for about $1.2 million.
