Penn State announced the spring semester will be in person as originally planned Thursday, and Penn Staters took to social media to weigh the pros and cons.
Remember last week when we came out of Easter weekend with three consecutive days in the lower 80s? Since then, it has been rainy and much cooler. Now this pattern
We received nearly 1.50 to 2.50 rain in central Missouri over the weekend so the drier weather this week is helpful!
Rain chances are near zero to begin this week. The next chance for rain is expected later this week on Friday and early Saturday morning. Overall the weekend ahead appears more cloudier than sunny, but mostly rain free after Saturday.
There is a slight chance for rain tonight-tomorrow morning close to the I-44 corridor, but air will likely be too dry to impact the KOMU 8 viewing area.
Otherwise, expect cooler temperatures through the coming week. Today s high of 64° will likely be the warmest of the 8-day forecast.
For the fall 2021 semester, the location will be replaced with a new chicken restaurant.
According to UPUA President Zachary McKay, the Chick-Fil-A will be replaced by Slim Chickens.Â
I ve been informed that @ChickfilA is removing its express locations, including the one at @PennStateHUB. The option will leave the HUB at the end of this semester and will be replaced by @slimchickens by Fall 2021. UPUA President Zach McKay (@UPUA President) March 17, 2021
Slim Chickens is a fast-food chicken restaurant from Arkansas, according to its website.
