Apr 8, 2021 Team JamBase Mandolin presents a variety of livestreams this week. Check out highlights of some of the musicians performing soon on Mandolin. Join The Decemberists for three special shows each with their own unique setlist on April 11, April 18 and April 25 to celebrate their 20th Anniversary. Join Blind Pilot in Astoria, Oregon for two shows, captured at the Liberty Theater, as they play two unique sets (no repeats!). If you cannot join live, archival viewing will be available for two weeks. We’re happy to bring Trampled By Thursdays to Video on Demand! Trampled By Turtles went to our favorite Minneapolis venue, First Avenue and filmed four unique sets with full production. They played a couple of our albums front to back and dusted off material they hadn’t played in years, including an “Old School” set.

A loaded lineup Alanis Morissette, Bob Weir and the Wolf Bros, Dawes, Ben Folds, Black Pumas and many more takes part in Set Break, Backline’s benefit to support mental health in the music industry. The festival kicks off at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 10, free via twitch.tv/therelixchannel. Donations can also be made via backlin.care. A few days later, Metallica’s James Hetfield, Yo-Yo Ma, Todd Rundgren, Jack Black, Carlos and Cindy Blackman Santana and more perform at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 14 as part of a benefit for the non-profit Little Kids Rock. The show is free via littlekidsrock.com.

Timbre Concerts presents Blind Pilot livestreams April 8 & 15

On April 8 and 15 the Oregon indie folk-pop band led by singer-guitarist Israel Nebeker will perform live from the Liberty Theater in Astoria, Oregon. Video of Blind Pilot - 3 Rounds And A Sound (Live on KEXP) Single ticket options start at $25, and bundles include a post-show VIP solo set and Q&A with Nebeker and a limited-edition silkscreen poster illustrated by drummer Ryan Dobrowski. The concerts start at 5:30 pm Pacific time and you can find more info here.
