Now eastbound opened up at about 3 45 this morning and you can see here theres a lot of Activity Still here at the clawiter road exit right off of the bridge going westbound. So were set to open at about 5 00 this morning. But we are hearing that they are dealing with the last minute electrical problems. They are resurfacing the entire span of the bridge which still as the original asphalt from 1967. This time, they are applying a special Polymer Concrete mix that contains plastic and apparently lasts a much longer time than that.
