The Tiger Paw is known through the track and field community as one of the best meets you will find in the country, it's almost like pre-nationals. When you have all the teams that are here, plus our team and are able to record top marks in a variety of events, you know you are doing something good. Headlining the meet was today's middle-distance group as Tarees Rhoden and Gladys Chepngetic
