The Florida House of Representatives has passed new legislation that prohibits children under age 16 from setting up accounts on various social media platforms.
The proposal bill prohibits the teaching of "identity politics," or "theories that systemic racism, sexism, oppression, and privilege are inherent in the institutions of the United States and were created to maintain social, political, and economic inequities" in teacher prep programs.
