Dmitry Tsvetkov split from his spouse of 10 years Elsina Khayrova - the daughter of a prominent Russian MP - following a bitter divorce that had to be taken to the High Court earlier this year.
Khayrova - a British citizen - was, until recently, married to Russian tycoon Dmitry Tsvetkov, an international deal mediator and diamond trader. She was spotted with Cruise in London last Saturday.
