A man has been taken to hospital with suspected spinal injuries after he fell almost five metres off a cliff at Cronulla on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to Blackwoods Beach just before 2pm, with four ambulance crews and rescue helicopter responding.
Vision from the scene showed the helicopter landed on rocks next to the cliff, with firefighters also responding to the scene.
