A TEENAGER has been sentenced for driving under the influence of cannabis last year. Thomas Hodgkiss, 19, pleaded guilty to the offence which he committed on May 27 of last year. He was stopped by traffic officers while driving his Ford Fiesta in Greenhalgh, Lancashire - and subsequently failed a roadside drugs test. Hodgkiss, of Bradshaw Meadows, Bolton, was fined £405 by Blackpool Magistrates And Civil Courts - and will also be required to pay £470 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £41 surcharge to victim services.
