Cruise lines, like Hurtigruten and Celebrity Cruises, are making efforts to make cruises more welcoming for Black passengers. But there’s more work to be done.
Roshida Dowe is a writer and career break coach currently living in Mexico City. A retired lawyer, Roshida has been solo traveling for over 25 years. She helps women take career breaks and adult gap years to ditch burnout and focus on rediscovering their passions. She moved to Mexico City after a year of traveling the world on her own career break. Roshida loves to explore new to her cities through long walks and local foods. She is a co-founder of Black Travel Alliance and Exodus Summit.
