GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Black Citizens and Friends (BCF), a nonprofit in Grand Junction made up of African-Americans and their allies, is holding "The MLK Week Celebration: Keep the Dream Alive," a series of events leading up to and on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
