Plunging all the way down to the ground below and she lives. About 10 30 last night her car went right off the elevated freeway ramp, i10, i17 stack there. Look at the car. It ends up upside down, the woman rushed to the hospital. No word on her condition. Its not clear what caused the car to go over the side in the first place.
