Tom the police say that shooting suspect Eulalio Tordil was trying to carjack a woman and Malcolm Winffel was shot and killed as he ran to help he was running towards her to help. Tom tordil is accused of shooting six people over two days. Three victims died. At a bond review, we learned that he planned the spree for at least a month, and he did not leave the aspen hill parking lot of his last victim because he had lost his glasses. Tonight, the vigil was put on by the victims right foundation, raising money for the victims family members.
