J J Powerball dropped into the four-hole early while Opportune Hanover shot to the top and carved out an opening quarter clocked in :28. He really backed down the pace in the middle stages of the mile as noted by fractions of :58.3 and 1:27. J J Powerball made a first-over move coming to the half, and he continued to grind away from first over.

Governors have slowed things down by relying on confusing guidelines about who can get vaccinated when. Unused doses have expired and been thrown away.

The four-year-old daughter of Up The Credit-Trust Me Ashley ripped through panels of :28.3, :58.4 and 1:28.4 before using a :30-second final frame to win by 4-1/4 lengths over Saulsbrook Jessie in 1:58.4. Third prize went to Lifelong Dream.
