Police have arrested four people for allegedly placing crude bombs in an auto-ricksaw in south Kolkata's Haridevpur area on Friday. As many as 19 crude bombs, one country-made pistol and two cartridges were found in one of the auto-rickshaws that sparked tensions in the area.
